Life's Lessons 101 - Lesson Two
In my last post, I mentioned Karma.
There is a thing called Karma and Karmic Justice. It means that what you do in life, you get back.
Nobody skips through life without consequences.
So Twyla, former friend, just because YOU didn't caught by the law in your lies, and the CPS Nazi's believed your filthy lies, doesn't mean you will get off scott free.
Your evil deeds will come back to haunt you. And I'm sure they already did. Did you sleep well the night of May 13, 2008? What happened at say, 5am? chuckle, chuckle. I told you to be careful of me. chuckle chuckle. I am the source of your nightmares. And you know it.

Today's Lesson: Don't try to fuck up someone's life, because it just might backfire.
Ever hear that saying "What goes around, comes around?" Well it is very true. When you set out to make someone else's life miserable, you're only going to make yourself miserable. "What you reap is what you sow." Or, "What you give is what you get back."
Twyla tried her hardest to make shit for me and my husband. But we're still here, still as strong as ever! Where is she? Is she all happy-happy with her husband? Oh, hell no! HA HA HA HA! She is reaping the rewards for what she did. That bitch ain't never gonna be happy. But that's what she gets for trying to fuck up my life and my husband's life. Instead, her own life got fucked! Karma, baby, it's a bitch!
Happiness will always elude her, because she tried to fuck with someone's life. Oh, she may be laughing and whooping it up, but a truly happy person does not need alcohol or drugs. A substance abuser is really an unhappy person TRYING to be happy.

Friendship...love...BETRAYAL
I had a wonderful friendship with Twyla. We were very close. I loved all her kids. When John and I got married in 2002, I was torn between chosing Twyla or my other friend Fran as my matron of honor. I couldn't bear to hurt either of them, so I chose my niece.
One time, I took Twyla to a woman's gathering. We met at this artist's house, where we had a potluck dinner, tarot card readings, and an outdoor circle. We gathered around a bonfire, quarter calls were said, drumming and percussives were used. One by one we women turned to each other and said, "I am (name), I am your sister, take my hand," until the circle of women-sisters was complete. It was a magickal evening, connecting with others in the sisterhood of women. Twyla also felt the magick.
so what happened Twyla, why did you do this to me? Why did you do this to my husband?
I loved you. I treasured you. I treasured our friendship.
Why would you try to set my husband up as you did?
Even if you thought that what you accuse my husband of doing was true, WHY DIDN'T YOU COME TO ME, YOUR SISTER, AND TALK TO ME?
The mere fact that you didn't talk to me, couldn't look me in the eye when you bumped into me at the bus stop (when I was coming off, and you were coming on, about a month after the accusation), shows me you DID REALLY LIE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED!!!
I know you too well Twyla, I know you lied about what happened. And that leaves me with this question:
WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN THAT FRIENDSHIP THAT YOU HAVE ADORED IS SNATCHED FROM UNDER YOU AND YOU NEVER SEEN IT COMING???
Do you know how much I cried? Not only over what you did to my husband, but what you did to our friendship. You took out my heart and killed it. You turned my heart black against you. Do you know how I felt when I sat on my porch and saw Jade leaving the house in her graduation dress and I couldn't come over and hug her? How all of a sudden, I was shut out? And I was supposed to become Lauren's godmother, and now I couldn't even say hello? How I took you to the hospital when you were in labor with Tiona, and I held her in the car when your stepfather died and we were leaving the funeral home? How I held her on your porch and gave her a bottle, and now I could only look across the street and wonder why you did this? How I gave Jade the birds and the bees talk, 'cos you were scared to and you begged me to do it?
WHY???? HOW COULD YOU?

Game time again
Wheel of Fortune (sort of) time again , but first, a word.
To anybody reading this, before you go further, be warned. This is a blog of an unpleasant happening. It is the story of a little girl who was sexually molested by her drunken mother's live-in boyfriend. It is the story of that little girl's mother who did nothing to protect her. It is the story of a rotten mother, who knew what was going on, did not stop it, and to prevent herself from implicated and charged as child abuser herself, plotted and schemed and put into motion events that would lead to an innocent man being accused of the abuse of her daughter.
That innocent man is my husband. And I know with every fiber of my being and soul, that he is innocent. I have known him since 1978. He lived with my other best friend for 6 years. Between the two of us, we know everything about that man. We both know he is innocent.
In some of my posts, particulary this one, I use explicit and sometimes harsh language. So let this be a warning: if you are easily offended, go now. But if you can overlook some of the harsh language, please read this story of justice derailed in this United States of America, where you are supposed to be innocent before proved guilty, but when you are dealing with Child Protective Services Neo-Nazis, you are labeled a pervert without getting both sides of the story told.
Put yourself in my shoes. How would you feel if your spouse or someone you love very much is accused of doing something, and you know they did not do it. How would you feel if the person who accuses your loved one is your best friend? How would you feel if you caught that person in lie after lie and that so-called best friend never came to you to talk about it, but comes to your door crying one night after hearing that your mother-in-law has died? She was crying and saying "I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry. AND THEN I read J's mother died."
What was she sorry about? she never met my mother in law. She has 2 statements: she is sorry, AND THEN she read J's mother died.
what was she sorry about? that she stabbed me and my husband in the back? I did not answer her, I didn't slam the door, I simply shut it in her face and went to bed. The next day, she complained to our neighbors that I wouldn't let her in my house. Why the hell would I? She was told she was wrong. Then that night, and this is after my mother in law's funeral, she sees my husband on our porch. She comes down off her porch steps, waving a liqour bottle around and starts swearing at my husband, and she calls me a slut.
What? Less than 24 hours previous, she was sobbing and apologizing, and offering condolences for my husband's mother death. Now she is verbally abusing us in her drunken state.

I say this because of this: the family consisted of Ywla, her husband and their 4 kids and Ywla's live-in boyfriend. Gr. husband lost his job in March 2003. ok, the 2 older girls left for school before 8am. Ywla left around 8 to go to her job. I am not sure when Gr. left for his job prior to getting fired. Yes, he got fired, not laid off. Jeff, the live-in boyfriend did not have a job. He would get the younger girls ready for school and take them to the bus stop. All of a sudden, in April 2003, Ywla came to my husband and said that Jeff was sick and would he, my husband take the girls to the busstop. As my husband's job started in the afternoon, and he was only part time, he could do this as a favor. After a couple of weeks, Jeff was better, but my husband continued taking the girls to the busstop, because they always liked him.
Now comes the shit. In April 2003, Ywla's nephew came to live with the family. Sooo, when my hubby got there in the mornings, M. the nephew was there, as was Jeff and Gr, who both had no jobs but were up and about. Remember, Jeff got the girls ready.
When ywla made the child abuse call on May 26th (altho she supposedly "found out" about the abuse the evening of May 13), she specifically says that my hubby had been taking the girls to the busstop for 6-7 months. Counting back 6-7 months takes us to November. Well, my hubby was working full time at K-Mart in November-December. For the holiday shopping season, K-Mart opened up at 5 and 6am. My hubby was at work.
You see what I mean? Ywla lied to the Child Protective Services worker. My hubby did not start taking the girls to the busstop until April and did that bitch of a CPS worker bother to listen when we tried to tell her of the lies that we caught Ywala in? NO, THAT NAZI BITCH DID NOT!
This was a set-up from the word go. Ywla did this because she knew that if it got out that her boyfriend the true molestor got caught, she would be charged with aiding and abetting it. She was an accomplice in her daughter's molestation and she knew it. And to save her own rotten skin, she let it continue, and she knowingly labeled an innocent man a child abuser.
And equally as immoral, she DID NOT PROTECT HER LITTLE CHILD, THAT SWEETHEART, WAS LEFT IN THE HANDS OF THE BOYFRIEND TO BE FURTHER MOLESTED.

It is the story of a little girl who was sexually molested by her drunken mother's live-in boyfriend. It is the story of that little girl's mother who did nothing to protect her. It is the story of a rotten mother, who knew what was going on, did not stop it, and to prevent herself from implicated and charged as child abuser herself, plotted and schemed and put into motion events that would lead to an innocent man being accused of the abuse of her daughter.
That innocent man is my husband. And I know with every fiber of my being and soul, that he is innocent. I have known him since 1978. He lived with my other best friend for 6 years. Between the two of us, we know everything about that man. We both know he is innocent.

Put yourself in my shoes. How would you feel if your spouse or someone you love very much is accused of doing something, and you know they did not do it. How would you feel if the person who accuses your loved one is your best friend? How would you feel if you caught that person in lie after lie and that so-called best friend never came to you to talk about it, but comes to your door crying one night after hearing that your mother-in-law has died? She was crying and saying "I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry. AND THEN I read J's mother died."
What was she sorry about? she never met my mother in law. She has 2 statements: she is sorry, AND THEN she read J's mother died.
what was she sorry about? that she stabbed me and my husband in the back? I did not answer her, I didn't slam the door, I simply shut it in her face and went to bed. The next day, she complained to our neighbors that I wouldn't let her in my house. Why the hell would I? She was told she was wrong. Then that night, and this is after my mother in law's funeral, she sees my husband on our porch. She comes down off her porch steps, waving a liqour bottle around and starts swearing at my husband, and she calls me a slut.
What? Less than 24 hours previous, she was sobbing and apologizing, and offering condolences for my husband's mother death. Now she is verbally abusing us in her drunken state.

I say this because of this: the family consisted of Ywla, her husband and their 4 kids and Ywla's live-in boyfriend. Gr. husband lost his job in March 2003. ok, the 2 older girls left for school before 8am. Ywla left around 8 to go to her job. I am not sure when Gr. left for his job prior to getting fired. Yes, he got fired, not laid off. Jeff, the live-in boyfriend did not have a job. He would get the younger girls ready for school and take them to the bus stop. All of a sudden, in April 2003, Ywla came to my husband and said that Jeff was sick and would he, my husband take the girls to the busstop. As my husband's job started in the afternoon, and he was only part time, he could do this as a favor. After a couple of weeks, Jeff was better, but my husband continued taking the girls to the busstop, because they always liked him.
Now comes the shit. In April 2003, Ywla's nephew came to live with the family. Sooo, when my hubby got there in the mornings, M. the nephew was there, as was Jeff and Gr, who both had no jobs but were up and about. Remember, Jeff got the girls ready.
When ywla made the child abuse call on May 26th (altho she supposedly "found out" about the abuse the evening of May 13), she specifically says that my hubby had been taking the girls to the busstop for 6-7 months. Counting back 6-7 months takes us to November. Well, my hubby was working full time at K-Mart in November-December. For the holiday shopping season, K-Mart opened up at 5 and 6am. My hubby was at work.
You see what I mean? Ywla lied to the Child Protective Services worker. My hubby did not start taking the girls to the busstop until April and did that bitch of a CPS worker bother to listen when we tried to tell her of the lies that we caught Ywala in? NO, THAT NAZI BITCH DID NOT!
This was a set-up from the word go. Ywla did this because she knew that if it got out that her boyfriend the true molestor got caught, she would be charged with aiding and abetting it. She was an accomplice in her daughter's molestation and she knew it. And to save her own rotten skin, she let it continue, and she knowingly labeled an innocent man a child abuser.

Yeah, Joshua Lunsford, 17 years old, was kissing his 14 year old girlfriend and he "fondled her. He probably did a little bit of "petting" which is quite normal with teenagers. And now he is labeled a child molestor.
THIS is why my husband cannot get his name cleared!
Jessica Lunsford was abducted and killed by a child predator. Her father, Mark Lunsford pushed for laws requiring sexual offender registries.
John Walsh, host of America's Most Wanted, whose Adam was killed in 1982, is another one who USED his son's murder to create a climate of Fascism in our country.
YES, child molestation is terrible, and the offender should be punished ACCORDINGLY. But with all the public hysteria, and this modern day witchhunt and blacklisting just like in the 1950's McCarthyism, ANY person with just a HINT of this crime is labeled as guilty IMMEDITALY.
Child Protective Services is working with a severe caseload and not enough workers. It is easier to just shove things under the rug, label the person as guilty, and go on to the next case.
This is what happened with my husband's case. As soon as CPS knew the police were involved, Rachel Grohman the investigator of the case, rubberstamped my husband's file just to get it off her desk. To do this, she HAD to label my husband as guilty. The police and the DA continued their investigation for a few months later and determined that my husband is INNOCENT! But CPS won't rescind their finding, because then they would have to admit that they DID NOT investigate into WHO REALLY MOLESTED TIONA POWELL.
Ms. Grohman "followed" the family for a few months and closed the investigation in December of 2003. Her final findings were that the mother's boyfriend was "out of the picture."
NO HE WAS NOT AND NEVER WAS! The family covered up his existence, with his address listed as elsewhere. (the maternal grandmother's house).
Tyra Powell and her daughters listed their address as 1970 Cl. St., lower apartment. I know, because I talked to R. S., the owner of the house.
She subsequently moved out of that house in 2004. Where, I do not know, BUT in late March of 2006, Jeff Shaw (the mother's boyfriend and who I suspect as the true molestor of Tiona), was living in that same apartment! His name was on the mailbox!
AND his body was found in that same apartment when he died. AND I SAW TIONA AND HER SISTER LINDA'S BIKES IN THE BACKYARD OF 1970 CL. ST IN APRIL 2006! (purple and pink bikes, the same bikes that they had when they were living across the street from me, I know those bikes. I saw them in the backyard of the apartment building (well 2 apartment house), where Jeff Shaw was living when he died!
OUT OF THE PICTURE? HELL NO, HE WAS VERY MUCH STILL IN THE LIVES OF THE POWELL FAMILY AND MY HUSBAND AND I SAW HIM ALONE WITH LINDA AND TIONA POWELL SEVERAL TIMES ON THE BUS!

I also found evidence in 2005 on a computer that Jeff Shaw was accessing internet porn on a day that he was home alone with Tiona and Linda when they were 3 and 4 years old. This occured at 4 in the afternoon. The computer was given to me by Jade Powell and it was broken. I finally had it fixed and found the urls of porn sites and the dates and times those sites were accessed, other sites accessed from 5 - 8pm. Yeah, Rachel Grohman, it seems you didn't know that a child predator was living in the Powell family did you?
Rachel Grohman, may she rot in hell. Get it Right T.S.!
ok Tyra's brother in law complained to our nieghbor that I posted his name on the internet and Jade's picture. LIAR! I have changed EVERY NAME and I HAVE NEVER POSTED JADE'S PICTURE HERE or anywhere else on the internet. I described the picture, but not her. I did publish pictures of a computer that Jade gave me, and I found evidence of internet porn accessed during the daytime, when the girl's mother's boyfriend was home alone during the day with the 2 youngest girls when they were 3 and 4 years old. It's on a post right here, a few posts down.
So anyway T. S. if you are pissed, go complain to your lying sister-in-law. She started this mess, not me.
And also if you are so damned smart, please explain the following inconsistencies in the official file. With handwritten notes by the Child Protective Services investigator. The investigator's own notes show the 4 children contradict each other, and Tiona contradicts herself. The investigators own notes catch Tyra in a couple of lies. The investigator herself notes Tyra's "lack of cooperation."
No where in the file does it say that DNA samples were taken from Tiona, or my husband, yet prior to that, Tyra was telling her sister, your wife, Teddy, that my husband's DNA matched that found on Tiona. And if your wife denies saying she asked me that question during our phone conversation, the morning after her son assaulted my husband, well, then I see she needs to learn the 10 Commandments.

Ok Mr. SmartyPants, if my husband's DNA matched whatever was "found" on Tiona, how come he ain't in jail? DNA freed an innocent man this week who spent 20 years in jail for 2 rapes that he was wrongfully accused and convicted of, 2 rapes that the bike-path rapist did.
See DNA is a wonderful thing. You can't get around it. If my husband's DNA WAS on Tiona, he'd have been charged and put away. This shows that your sister in law is a fucking liar!
The following are the "facts" that we know of, and some of them don't ring true. And why don't you come and talk to me, and not gossip to the neighbors and trying to spread more lies? See, all you did was make yourself out to be the fool.
But then Tyra has been making all you guys fools all along since she moved that pig boyfriend of hers into her house and carried on with him right in front of her no-good husband. The 3 of them, Tyra, Gary and Jeff Shaw are to blame for this mess. Go put the blame where it belongs.
1. When Tyra called child abuse the evening of 5-26, 2003, she reported that the abuse happened every MORNING before school. Tiona says it “always happened in the morning.” Then Tiona says, it “always happened at night.”
? How did Jeff Parker abuse Tiona at night?
2. Jade says Jeff Parker picked her up when she was 5 years old. We were not friends with the Powell family until 1992, when Jade was 7. Prior to that, we only knew them as neighbors. Jeff worked the night shift at Quality Markets, 250 E. Ave. and slept during the day. Jade was never at our house, nor was Jeff at her house when she was 5 years old.
3. When Tiona was asked “where was your sister (Linda),” (when the abuse happened), she said “sleeping.” Tyra reports the abuse happened in the morning prior to Jeff taking the girls to the bus stop. The girls (Linda and Tiona) were awake when he arrived at their house to take them to the bus stop. Or did Linda sleepwalk all thru getting ready for school? Linda says she saw Jeff Parker put his sexual organ in his mouth. This contradicts what Tiona said.
? How does 7 year old Linda know what a man’s sexual organ is? She didn’t learn it from Jeff Parker, and NO-ONE has said that Jeff Parker did anything to her, in fact, Linda says he did not.
? Why did the investigator not pursue the issue that Jeff Parker “exposed” himself to Linda if this in fact had happened? But then Linda says he didn’t do anything to her, so her whole statement is contradictory.
4. Tiona says that both she and Jeff Parker were “fully clothed.” Amy says she saw Jeff Parker come out of Tiona’s bedroom with his pants down around his knees. This contradicts what Tiona said.
? Why would Jeff Parker come out of the bedroom with his pants down around his knees. Would he not pull them up before he came out of the room?
? When did Amy see this? If it was the morning of 5-13-03, why did Amy not report it to her parents or Jeff Shaw? When Jeff Parker got Linda and Tiona off the school bus at 4pm, 5-13-03, and brought them home, Amy was home from school and her father Gary was there. Why couldn’t Gary or Amy get the girls off the bus? Obviously she had not told Gary about it, as Gary acted normally towards Jeff Parker that afternoon. She also did not tell her mother about it when she got home from work, as Tyra says she first found out about the abuse the evening of 5-13-03. Jade reports that that evening, she saw Tiona “looking scared.” She questions Tiona, and Tiona says Jeff Parker has been abusing her. Then Jade tells Tyra. Was Tiona not scared all day in school or when Jeff Parker got her off the school bus at 4pm? Now in the evening, when Jeff Parker is not at their house, all of a sudden she is scared, and all of a sudden Amy comes up with seeing Jeff Parker with his pants down around his knees. And all of a sudden Amy tells a story that the previous summer Jeff Parker had tried to kiss her and put his tongue in her mouth. Why has Amy not told anyone about the kiss or seeing Jeff Parker with his pants down before the evening of 5-13-03? She does not say that Jeff Parker threatened her into silence.
5. Tyra has found about the abuse the evening of 5-13-03. Why does she not call 911 or take her daughter to the doctor until the middle of June. She does not call anyone until 5-26-03. The morning of 5-14-03 she says she confronts Jeff Parker and he chokes her. Why does she not call the police and have him arrested for abusing her child and assaulting her?
6. The door to the Powell house needs a key to lock it. Jeff Parker was never given a key to the house. Who let him in the house in the mornings and who locked the door when he left with Tiona and Linda to go to the bus stop? There obviously was an adult there when he left as Jade and Amy have gone to school. And this can be proven with dates and time records of when Linda and Tiona were put on the school bus (9am) and when Jade and Amy have arrived at their schools. So this proves that Jeff Parker was never alone with Tiona. Tiona's father Gary Powell and Tiona's mother's boyfriend Jeff Shaw were there! Gary did not have a job. He had no place to go on weekday mornings. He was home. He was there when Jeff Parker supposedly abused Tiona. As was Jeff Shaw. They were up and about to let Jeff in the house and lock the door after he left.

Her own notes say this and she has to go to the school to talk to Linda and Tiona. Why would Tyra call the child abuse hotline and then not make an effort to speak to the Child Protective Services investigator? Meanwhile, the whole summer of 2003, the Parker’s were on the phone calling Ms. Grohman to come and talk to them. She never returned their phone calls.
9. Tyra lies to the investigator when she has to go rehab in August 2003. She fails to tell Grohman that the foster mother is her sister A. B..Why was it necessary for the children to go to a foster home? Their father, Gary Powell did not have a job. Since he was an incapable parent, and the mother was an alcoholic, it is clear that the Powell family was dysfunctional.
10. During the investigation, Ms. Grohman notes that all 4 girls have told her that their mother, Tyra hits them with belts. Why did Ms. Grohman not immediately charge Tyra with child abuse and remove the children?
11. Why did Tyra Powell lie to the investigator about Jeff Shaw’s whereabouts? In September 2003, his address is given as ** Co. Ave. Jade Powell, 17 ½ years of age, is also listed at that address. Did the investigator not see that a minor child is now living with a 60 year old unrelated male? Also ** Co. Ave.is a house that is owned by H.P.M., the mother of Tyra Powell. In December 2003, Tyra’s address is listed as 19** Cl. St. (lower apt.). Tyra says that Jeff Shaw is “out of the picture.” (and she has a new boyfriend.) If Jeff Shaw was out of the picture, why was he seen by both Jeff and Remi Parker at different times on the city buses with Linda and Tiona, and when he died in March 2006, his body was found by the Buffalo Police in his apartment at 19** Cl.St. (lower apt.) The apartment was officially Jeff Shaw’s as his name was on the mailbox and mail from Rent***, addressed to Jeff Shaw, 19** Cl. St. was in the mailbox. If Jeff Shaw was “out of the picture” by December 2003, why were his funeral arrangements and death notice in The Buffalo News in April 2006 made by Tyra Powell?
12. Why did Tyra come to the Parker’s house the night of August 1, 2003 to express condolences to Jeff Parker when she found out his mother died? This is not consistent for a mother to express condolences to the man who molested her daughter. She was crying (why?, she never met D. Parker) and she said to Remi Parker, “I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry, and then I read that Jeff’s mother died.” Remi did not say anything to her, just shut the door. The next afternoon (8-2-03), Tyra was going to the neighbors complaining that Remi would not let her in the Parker’s house and later that night, (after D. Parker’s funeral) Tyra was screaming obscenities at Remi and Jeff Parker, calling Remi a slut.
Tyra’s behavior from May 13, 2003 to August 2003 is contradictory, evasive to the authorities and is not consistent with a mother concerned for the health of her child.

Why is it that all 4 of the girls (Jade, Amy, Linda and Tiona) and Tyra’s statements all contradict each other, and sometimes contradict their own statements, yet all 4 girls have this same exact wording: “(Jeff Parker) was mean to me and I was uncomfortable around him.” Why did none of the girls say to any adult, that Jeff Parker had made them uncomfortable until May of 2003. Why did Jade say she was uncomfortable around Jeff Parker since she was 5 years of age, yet we have photographs of her around Jeff and she is very much comfortable with him. Why did all the girls say they were uncomfortable around him, yet 10 months prior to May 2003, on August 10, 2002, when the Powells hosted a barbecue in their backyard to celebrate the Parker's wedding, all the girls were very involved will all 4 of them playing special roles in the barbecue. Jade was the DJ, Linda and Tiona were “ushers,” greeting the guests and escorting them to the backyard and Amy helped with serving the food. All 4 girls were happy to see the Parker’s get married and in the photographs of this event, were all smiling around Jeff Parker, and did not appear uncomfortable at all.
So anyway T. S. if you are pissed, go complain to your lying sister-in-law. She started this mess, not me.
And also if you are so damned smart, please explain the following inconsistencies in the official file. With handwritten notes by the Child Protective Services investigator. The investigator's own notes show the 4 children contradict each other, and Tiona contradicts herself. The investigators own notes catch Tyra in a couple of lies. The investigator herself notes Tyra's "lack of cooperation."
No where in the file does it say that DNA samples were taken from Tiona, or my husband, yet prior to that, Tyra was telling her sister, your wife, Teddy, that my husband's DNA matched that found on Tiona. And if your wife denies saying she asked me that question during our phone conversation, the morning after her son assaulted my husband, well, then I see she needs to learn the 10 Commandments.

Ok Mr. SmartyPants, if my husband's DNA matched whatever was "found" on Tiona, how come he ain't in jail? DNA freed an innocent man this week who spent 20 years in jail for 2 rapes that he was wrongfully accused and convicted of, 2 rapes that the bike-path rapist did.
See DNA is a wonderful thing. You can't get around it. If my husband's DNA WAS on Tiona, he'd have been charged and put away. This shows that your sister in law is a fucking liar!
The following are the "facts" that we know of, and some of them don't ring true. And why don't you come and talk to me, and not gossip to the neighbors and trying to spread more lies? See, all you did was make yourself out to be the fool.
But then Tyra has been making all you guys fools all along since she moved that pig boyfriend of hers into her house and carried on with him right in front of her no-good husband. The 3 of them, Tyra, Gary and Jeff Shaw are to blame for this mess. Go put the blame where it belongs.
1. When Tyra called child abuse the evening of 5-26, 2003, she reported that the abuse happened every MORNING before school. Tiona says it “always happened in the morning.” Then Tiona says, it “always happened at night.”
? How did Jeff Parker abuse Tiona at night?
2. Jade says Jeff Parker picked her up when she was 5 years old. We were not friends with the Powell family until 1992, when Jade was 7. Prior to that, we only knew them as neighbors. Jeff worked the night shift at Quality Markets, 250 E. Ave. and slept during the day. Jade was never at our house, nor was Jeff at her house when she was 5 years old.
3. When Tiona was asked “where was your sister (Linda),” (when the abuse happened), she said “sleeping.” Tyra reports the abuse happened in the morning prior to Jeff taking the girls to the bus stop. The girls (Linda and Tiona) were awake when he arrived at their house to take them to the bus stop. Or did Linda sleepwalk all thru getting ready for school? Linda says she saw Jeff Parker put his sexual organ in his mouth. This contradicts what Tiona said.
? How does 7 year old Linda know what a man’s sexual organ is? She didn’t learn it from Jeff Parker, and NO-ONE has said that Jeff Parker did anything to her, in fact, Linda says he did not.
? Why did the investigator not pursue the issue that Jeff Parker “exposed” himself to Linda if this in fact had happened? But then Linda says he didn’t do anything to her, so her whole statement is contradictory.
4. Tiona says that both she and Jeff Parker were “fully clothed.” Amy says she saw Jeff Parker come out of Tiona’s bedroom with his pants down around his knees. This contradicts what Tiona said.
? Why would Jeff Parker come out of the bedroom with his pants down around his knees. Would he not pull them up before he came out of the room?
? When did Amy see this? If it was the morning of 5-13-03, why did Amy not report it to her parents or Jeff Shaw? When Jeff Parker got Linda and Tiona off the school bus at 4pm, 5-13-03, and brought them home, Amy was home from school and her father Gary was there. Why couldn’t Gary or Amy get the girls off the bus? Obviously she had not told Gary about it, as Gary acted normally towards Jeff Parker that afternoon. She also did not tell her mother about it when she got home from work, as Tyra says she first found out about the abuse the evening of 5-13-03. Jade reports that that evening, she saw Tiona “looking scared.” She questions Tiona, and Tiona says Jeff Parker has been abusing her. Then Jade tells Tyra. Was Tiona not scared all day in school or when Jeff Parker got her off the school bus at 4pm? Now in the evening, when Jeff Parker is not at their house, all of a sudden she is scared, and all of a sudden Amy comes up with seeing Jeff Parker with his pants down around his knees. And all of a sudden Amy tells a story that the previous summer Jeff Parker had tried to kiss her and put his tongue in her mouth. Why has Amy not told anyone about the kiss or seeing Jeff Parker with his pants down before the evening of 5-13-03? She does not say that Jeff Parker threatened her into silence.
5. Tyra has found about the abuse the evening of 5-13-03. Why does she not call 911 or take her daughter to the doctor until the middle of June. She does not call anyone until 5-26-03. The morning of 5-14-03 she says she confronts Jeff Parker and he chokes her. Why does she not call the police and have him arrested for abusing her child and assaulting her?
6. The door to the Powell house needs a key to lock it. Jeff Parker was never given a key to the house. Who let him in the house in the mornings and who locked the door when he left with Tiona and Linda to go to the bus stop? There obviously was an adult there when he left as Jade and Amy have gone to school. And this can be proven with dates and time records of when Linda and Tiona were put on the school bus (9am) and when Jade and Amy have arrived at their schools. So this proves that Jeff Parker was never alone with Tiona. Tiona's father Gary Powell and Tiona's mother's boyfriend Jeff Shaw were there! Gary did not have a job. He had no place to go on weekday mornings. He was home. He was there when Jeff Parker supposedly abused Tiona. As was Jeff Shaw. They were up and about to let Jeff in the house and lock the door after he left.

I finally did hear back from Let it out. They said the following:

Right now, their server is down. I haven't been able to get to the site for over 24 hours. When I do, I will copy and paste what I wrote. There was no offensive language. I merely said that my husband was falsely accused of child abuse. I then gave the url address to Remi's Ramblings, my more thorough blog. There is no copyright violation, as all I did was give a web address. So I guess it falls under it being inappropriate to their community., Yep, REAL issues faced by people are NOT welcome there!

I hope I didn't give the impression that my husband is in jail. He was never charged with a crime. The police and the DA did investigate the situation in 2003, and concluded that he did not molest the child. It is Child Protective Services that think he did it, and want to put him in the New York State Registry for the maltreatment and abuse of children.
It is not the same as the general Sexual Offenders Registry, where they publish the offender's name and picture all over the internet.
And basically, even if they do put him on the NYS registry, it would only be open to those employers who work with children, (day care centers, schools). He has never worked as day care worker, or child care provider in his life, he has always been in retail and is going to retire in 7 years anyway.
Our fight against CPS is that:
1. His name is cleared.
2. He is not placed on the NYS registry.
3. Why won't CPS see that they made a mistake?
4. What is their basis in thinking that he is a child-care provider? He only walked the 2 girls to the school bus stop at the corner of our street for a period of 6 weeks.

A recap of what happened, my best friend ripped out my heart.
Ok, I just wanted to post this because my last blog entry was rather, shall we say, "intense."
I'm still not giving up with getting my husband's name cleared. Those people who lied about him are going on with their lives, while this horrible thing is still ongoing for us for 3 1/2 years, not to mention the money we are spending in legal fees. For something that my husband did not do.
You are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, but in cases of an accusation of child abuse or molestation, you are guilty first, and you must prove you are innocent. That is not right. And the substance abuse mother of the child, who put her daughter in harm's way, by moving that sleaze ball boyfriend into her house thinks she will get away with it. Not if I have anything to say about it.
When you find out that your daughter has been molested, you call 911. Does the mother do this? Does she take her daughter to a doctor? NO, she waits 13 days to call the authorities, and she doesn't even take her daughter to a doctor for 6 WEEKS! Then she goes around the neighborhood telling people that my husband's DNA was found on her daughter! Oh really? New York State law says organic samples from a rape or sexual assault victim must be taken within 96 hours of the last known incident. 96 hours is 4 days! But the child is not taken to a doctor for 6 weeks, and the doctor's report does not state that samples were taken from her. Also, the police never took DNA samples from my husband.
The mother is a proven liar. She knows it was her boyfriend who molested her child. She lied over and over to Child Protective Services, and those Nazis will not admit they made a mistake.
Buffalo Police and the Erie County District Attorney concluded that my husband did not molest the child, but we are still fighting to get his name cleared from Child Protective Services.
T.P. the mother of the child, was my BEST FRIEND! She ripped out my heart when she did this to us. I hate her. I hope, no I KNOW she will rot in hell!
A Landlord's Responsibility:
When T.P. falsely accused my husband of molesting her youngest child, she was living across the street from us in a house owned by her sister and brother-in-law. The P. family moved out and another family moved in, but the house is still owned by T.'s sister.
The family living there now hasn't had heat in 2 weeks due to a faulty furnace. Buffalo has been in a severe winter pattern the past few weeks, with temperatures dipping down into the single digits. There is a baby living there, but A. B. and her husband T. B. won't get the furnace fixed! R. (the lady who lives there) has been calling the landlord T. B. and he won't return her calls.So the whole damn family are fuckups!
Hey A.B.! It appears that you are like your sister: a total fuckup!Well, when the water pipes freeze and bust, it'll just cost you more money in the long run.How the hell do you collect rent and let your tenants go without heat? There's a baby there for Christ's sake! And you call yourself church going people? You call yourself Christians? You don't know the meaning of the word. You will answer to God for this. And your sister will answer to God for the lies she told about my husband. Your whole damn family is going to rot in hell.

I saw the commercial for K's new site: Let it Out where you supposedly can post what is on your mind. Well, in the companion blog to this journal, Remi's Ramblings 1, A Journal of a False Accusation of Child Abuse, I have chronicled the entire saga of what happened to my husband and me in 2003 and the ongoing battle we are going through to clear his name. It is a long story, and Let it Out gives you space for only one paragraph, (how much can you let out in one measly paragraph?) so I tried to be concise, and gave the url address to this blog. They say it will post within 24 hours, IF the material is not offensive. So my post of a few days ago is STILL pending. They also say that if they deem your post as unsuitable, they will send you an email telling you why. They haven't even done me that courtesy.
Yes, Child Molestation IS offensive, but I am NOT advocating that, I am trying to get my husband's name cleared of a false accusation of child abuse. He is going thru hell. I am going thru hell. "Let it out?" Let it out only if it doesnt' offend the sole editor of the site. I posted it again this evening. We'll see if the editor thinks it is suitable.
No, my journal is not of a pretty thing. It is a horrible thing. It is a true tale of a child being put into harm's way BY HER OWN MOTHER. Further, it is a true tale of the mother chosing her boyfriend over her own flesh and blood. Further, it is a true tale of the mother putting the blame on an innocent person, a person who, along with his wife, were her best friends!Since May of 2003, I cried many tears, and gone thru many tissues to mop up those tears and blow my nose. Well guess what? They weren't K. brand: they were Tops Markets brand.And if K.com don't have the damn guts to post a little paragraph steering people to my blog, which is of a sensitive, but a very pertinant and important matter, well, then, to hell with them. I don't buy their product anyway. I get a comparable product at a cheaper price.

Further, it is a true tale of the mother putting the blame on an innocent person, a person who, along with his wife, were her best friends!Since May of 2003, I cried many tears, and gone thru many tissues to mop up those tears and blow my nose. Well guess what? They weren't K. brand: they were Tops Markets brand.And if K.com don't have the damn guts to post a little paragraph steering people to my blog, which is of a sensitive, but a very pertinant and important matter, well, then, to hell with them. I don't buy their product anyway. I get a comparable product at a cheaper price.
To the sole editor of that blog: go stick your head deeper in the sand. If you can't face the tough issues that some people encounter and need to "let it out" on your so-called "help" site, then I suggest you rethink your advertising. "Let it out" ONLY if you have a so-so problem.
